The client credit card will be charged at confirmation of availability at the project. If client cant pay by credit card a bank transfer must be done to bank details on invoice at least 30 days before arrival at project. If the total fee of the program price is not paid on due date, All Africa reserves the right to disqualify the applicant and would need to reapply. If an applicant applies 30 days or less before the start of the program then the program full price is payable at time of confirmation of program availability. As soon as payment and flight details is received we will send volunteers a information package on the project, with advice what is needed and what to pack.
